It's important to me that we find the right package for you because every family is different. So, I offer a number of options, so we can decide together on the best one to suit your specific circumstances, lifestyle and needs.
This is a comprehensive plan, empowering parents of new-borns to teach their little ones to have fabulous sleep skills from a very young age. It can be implemented from day one!
Getting an early start in establishing healthy sleep habits is a huge advantage for both babies and their parents. With this package, you will learn everything you need to teach your baby to be an independent sleeper, right from the beginning.
It is a fantastic gift package for new parents too and consultations can take place before or after the baby has arrived. (Gift certificates are available and can be posted directly to the lucky parent(s), if required). The cost of this package is £140.
A private 60-minute Zoom call We will discuss how to establish a healthy sleep plan for your new-born, discussing sleep needs, schedules for feeding, naps and bedtime, how to help teach your baby the difference between day and night, creating the right sleeping environment, strategies to encourage sleep, when to expect your baby to be sleeping for longer stretches and common sleep issues that can be easily avoided.
30-minute Sleep Session
Suitable for babies and children of 6 months and most suited to those who are already good sleepers, but just need a couple of tweaks to improve further. For more comprehensive and longer-term support, you may choose to upgrade to the 1-1 Sleep Solutions Package.
The cost of this package is £35 (or £50 with a 15 minute follow up call one week later).
One to One Sleep Solutions
A popular package, consisting of:
A preliminary evaluation This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines, parenting styles and an overview of your situation, that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. (Having this information in advance helps us to make the most of our time together).
The cost of this package is £270 for a child in a cot and £290 for a child in a bed.
A private, 90-minute Zoom call where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible hurdles and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night-waking or any other specific issues you might be dealing with.
This bespoke package is available for families in the Bournemouth area. I will travel to your home to assist you on the first night you choose to implement the program. The cost of this package is £895.

It is not uncommon for babies and toddlers who have been taught to be great sleepers to ‘test the boundaries’ from time to time. This option is for parents who have worked with me in the past, but are looking for a ‘refresher’.
It consists of either:
A private, 60-minute Zoom call, during which we’ll discuss any particular challenges you are having with your child and discuss a plan to resolve the problem going forward.
